According to my research online, what Dr. Oz has said and even Dr. Lindsey Duncan, taking these two supplements together is perfectly fine! Absolutely! Now when I say together, I mean during the same period of time, say 8 weeks. Each has specific directions on what time during the day to take them, so you need to listen to those directions. For example, Green Coffee Bean Extract should be taken before meals high in carbohydrates. Raspberry Ketones though, should be taken before exercise or physical activity to increase the fat burning effects. Now if it’s a day where you are not doing any physical activity, Dr. Oz recommended 100mg in the morning with breakfast, and possibly 200mg at lunch.
